Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund. (Shipping charges will not be refunded.) If you would like to exchange an item, please call us to discuss other items that can fulfill your needs.

Please allow 24 hours to process orders until they are shipped.

Sales Tax

If your shipping address is outside the state of IL, you don't have to pay sales tax! If your shipping address is located within IL we are required to charge 9.75% sales tax.

All orders are sent in a satin pouch or case. Free gift-wrapping is available on all orders. Your pearls will be gift wrapped in a gift box with ribbon and a gift tag if noted. To receive gift-wrapping, please check yes in the ordering process.

Gift Certificates

To Purchase a Gift Certificate:

Visit our Gift Certificates page and add the desired denomination to your cart. Proceed to checkout entering receipient, billing and payment information as prompted. As soon as your gift certificate purchase is validated (usually about 1 business day) the reciepent will receive an Electronic Gift Certificate, via email, which they can use to shop at BourdagePearls.com. You can also choose to send the gift certificate code to yourself and then notify the receipient accordingly.

To Redeem a Gift Certificate:

To use your gift certificates at BourdagePearls.com, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart. At checkout time, simply enter your gift certificate codes in the appropriate box. Make sure that you enter the complete code, starting with the "@" sign.

If you've received more than one gift certificate for BourdagePearls.com, you can enter all the codes separated by commas. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card information. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn't cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Our Privacy Statement

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Online Security

Your credit card is completely safe.

Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.

*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.

To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.
